So called cafe or lounge for Alliance Francaise .. I guess .. it is more to multi purpose room .. looks like class room turn into temporary cafe.

Cant remember what Fauzan was saying that time ..

After the play .. Fauzan and Murni suggested that we go for dinner as both of them had not had their dinner yet...... like helloooo dinner at 11.00pm! .. emm anyway .. since I'm not the driver .. just followed them.

We headed to Kg Baru and park along Jln Raja Alang. As always .. I wont just sit and watch others eating ... I had my keaw teaw kung foo (never sure how to spell "kuih tiouw").

Fauzan had nasi goreng USA .. do not know why on earth they call it nasi goreng USA .... it just nasi goreng biasa with mix vege (wow .. must be bcause of this ingredient) come together with daging masak merah and telur mata kerbau .. not to miss .. SAMBAL BELACAN.. emmm USA enough huhh ... hahaha

Murni had nasi goreng cendawan. Oppsss forgot to introduce .. Murni is Fauzan's friend whom I met few times about four years ago at our old gym. That nite only I knew .. Murni had the thought that I was so kekwat (stuck up) ...

Not bad yeah .. KLCC view .. I was wondering .. if YTL, IJM or any developer get the KgBaru land .. build a condominium there .. emmm KLCC view .. surely price will rise up to milions/unit. and surely too .. the KgBaru people will only get very minor profit while developer will maximise theirs. ;-)

COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET

What am I gonna do ??? Coming out? Not out enough? emmmm How out shall I be?

Anyway ... it is not about me .. it is not about coming out or anything with that .. it just a bout a play that I watched on Sunday night. (Thanks to Fauzan for making me say yes .. and to Murni for tikect booking).

The play titled "Coming Out of The Closet" a comedy by Adlina Amiruddin, Loiusa Marie Low & Alex Chua. Performed at Alliance Francaise, Lorong Gurney.

At first, when fauzan and me arrived there .. wer were asking ..are we at the right place.. hence he called Murni .. yeah .. thats the place. It is look like a haunted mansion anyway .. the reason why .. we went through the back gate. hahahaha no1 to blame beside we ourselves.
First time at Alliance Francaise....an old bungalow renovated into a art and cultural center. A bit hidden at the back of TM HQ building.

The play merely about office scandal and officepolitics (pray to God .. I will never face thise at work ... ) .. then .. duhhh dream on. hahaha everywhere we go .. any office we work in .. damn sure we wont be able to avoid office politic.

As it was a comedy show .. emmm thanks a lot to Ling Ling (Adeline Ong) for making the whole play entertaining. Quite mixing up actually the play .. The boys (Ashley, Marving Wong and Suren, Lau Wai Keat) story ... the Ling Ling and Azhar (Vickneswaran Balasundram)-the boss scandal .. the psycho Hao Ming (Glamoorique Arshad) problem and duno what with Osman (Sani Zainal Abidin) the reporter part. at the end .. Niraini (Valerie Low) the wife somehow rather become the main focus of the whole play .. emmm

Beside the seating arrangement ..which make me feel like watching a play during PTA meeting .. :-) I guess not a waste to pay for this ticket ...

MEANINGFUL DINING TIME

A good friend of mine messaged for a dinner yesterday, emm said sorry to him as I got birthday party .. my nephew's 1st birthday party. I can not afford not to attend this .. well .. surely with a birthday present. To be honest .. I don not really like kids that much ... but somehow they like me. Emm I need to change to an evil uncle then... hahahah

Back to my friends .. since I can not make it yesterday.. suggested to meet for dinner today. Agreed and supposed to meet him at the gym ... somehow .. this particular friend cant make it for the gym . but yeah .. makan time .. seldom missed.

After gym at MAXIS, he picked me up .. then like always.. this is our conversation .
He : Aiyo why so many things ...
Me : Hahaha alaways like this what .. so ..just shut up.
(I get into his car)
He : Where are we going?
Me : Dont know ... why always ask me .. I hate to choose where to eat.
He : Do not give me dont know answer .. tell me where to go.
Me : Ahhh .. I hate .. emmm anyway .. why dont we try a place nearby my house.. you are sending me late ranyway.

So .. the place has been decided ... without knowing the name of the place .. I directed him to Bandar Baru Sentul. Yeah .. that the place am renting at the moment.

We stopped at the first shop/stall .. emm too dusty and scary .. hahaha make a U -turn then cruised till we saw a quite OK place. Parked .. and crossed the road. We placed our order .....like always.. err most of the time we will order

and always I'm the one who need to finish all .. so today .. decided to exclude Prawn, Tomyam and omelete.

Daging masak merah ....emmm I would rather call it red coloured meat with oil.

Baby kailan ... I just do not understand why tehy call it baby kailan .. as it is totally different species from the "matured" (normal) kailan....baby kailan cooked with oyster sauce + crushed garlic thicken by corn starch. Taste pretty good .. but I guess too much corn strach (I'm not supposed to eat corn base food .. and oyster as well)

Lime steam fish (siakap). Superb taste .. soury and umpphh just nice and healthy too. No oil at all. I can just order this fish and have it for dinner.
Am gonna enjoy these dishes... yum yum yum

As that time we reached .. the place still bright (well hazey anyway) ... didnt even care to check the place's name ... emmm only when we walked out .. due to Siamese style of decoration ... then only I saw .. the name .. Al-Azmi emm no wonder they keep playing the nasyid song. hehehe too bad they didnt provide surau. Can not read the Al-Azmi word?? yeah .. I know .. sorry for my phone cam.

Hope this tissue holder help you guys to get the Al-Azmi. :-)

Anyway.. the meaningful part was not about the food. It was about our post-meal conversation. It was about friendship .. being honest in friendship.. get things clear. Should tell what we like .. what we do not and is our expectation. Do not assume our friends know all that.

I realised .. I was lacking at that part. Hardly voice out what I do not like .. and what I like. trying to be too nice also not that good.

"Friendship is not a responsibility ..... when we are in trouble .. our friends help us out of courtesy not because they have to do so. Unlike family ....... "

I do agree with you Mr Uncle. heheheh. I need to be more independent .. not too attached ... and be more vocal. Hmmm in other word .. need to be less introvert virgo .. :-) .. I will try.

p;s: no picture of mango salad ... as we ordered it seperately .. but honestly .. the taste was so good. I love that.

NOW I START TO FEEL LIKE A STUDENT

For the past few months .. emm about 3 months .. I registered myself as a full time student. Being away from studying life .. make me lost and confused..another reason could be a year gap (end 2006 till end 2007) ...

Anyway ... Thanks God, started with an even organised by GSC ... I started to get the feel as a student. Follwed by final exam and assigmnet submission.

Another 2 weeks will be meeting a spurvisory committee .. the 1st meeting with all of them. Really looking forward for this meeting. err and really have to work hard to get my proposal done.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: 'When a man dies and hisrelatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between theshroud and the chest of the deceased.

When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar andNakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man inprivacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, 'He is my companion, heis my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admittedinto Paradise '.

Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, whichyou used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief.

'When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: 'On the Day of Judgement,before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than theQur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said:'Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse'.
