Kasih sayang keluarga, kasih sayang yang tidk terpadam buat selama-lamanya. Kebencian, permusuhan, perbalahan dan segalam macam persengketaan di anatara ahli keluarga bukannya sesuatu yang kekal. Percaya atau tidak, sedalam mana kebencian di hati ahli keluarga, yang pastinya sekelumit kasih sayang jauh di lubuk hati tidak akan terpadam selama-lamanya.

Mungkin ada di kalangan ahli keluarga yang tidah mampu menunjukkan kasih sayang secara zahir, tidak dapat megatur kata bagi menyatakan betapa sayangnya mereka kepada kita, tidak menjadi kebiasan memeluk dan mengucup dahi, namun kasih sayang bukan sekadar zahir ataupun lahirnya.

Kasih sayang keluarga yang tidak mampu dizahirkan ini lazimnya akan terserlah bila mana jarak yang menjadi pemisah. Tanpa disedari, kasih sayang yang tersembunyi sekian lama akan dengan sendirinya terjelma tanpa disedari. Apabila tiba saat itu, akan nyatalah betapa indahnya kasih sayang keluarga.

Friendship LOVE

Frienship love, a bond that could not be built within a shot period. We got to pay with time for this. Friendship love will be tighter after being tested, to name few, quarrel, argument, reasonable envy, and distrust. All of these, if handle gracefully and everyone has the sanity, the love will grow even better.

I do appreciate every moment I spent with my friends. Does not really matter if it was just fa drive back home, or just for a short dinner. I still go out with my close friend to accompany them even I just had my home cooked dinner. I really enjoy being with them. They are my advisor, my counselor, my listener, my dinner buddy, my movie mate, my academic critical thinking group, my gossip buddy, so on and so forth.

Partnership LOVE

People always refer this type of love is blind.Cross almost all the barriers. Agree or not ,..... everyone have own explaination and definition... or could I say priciple. Having someone to love is surely an owesome thing to happen in a life. Despites all the fights and quarells, I still feel and the sweetness of having someone. The feeling of belonging give me a strength to love even more. Having someone to say good nite to end a day is a sweet thing.Greating the first morning wish is certainly a moment that I'm always waiting for.

Sometimes, this love might affect the friendship love. When where are facing a problem with the love one, friends will be the immidate referal point, but almost everytime whatever our friends said will be ignored. We just hope our friends to listen to our problem, we frequently ask for their opinion and advice .. but the action take will always what we want to do .. not what the input we gathered from our friends.

True friends with the true friendship love know this well. They will always be at ourside.

Could Not Beleive It

R. Nadeswaran reported in theSun today about the progress of the RM70 million project under Ministry of Youth and Sports. I could not believe it RM800k paid for nothing to the David Lanes Associats. RM800k gone to their pocket with a return to ISN .. NOTHING.

RM70 million for upgrading and renovating ... as far as I know .. upgrading and renovating need to be done on an existing building .. but there is no such existing facilities. My Godness.

RM70milliom could be spent locally, build a training center, a training room with adjustable temperature would be great. If this facilities planted locally, more research could be done as well. Well, normally researcher could not touch the athletes. May be all the athletes fitness profile become a government official document .. coded under Akta Rahsia Rasmi. cant be revelead, scared will reach opponents, then our national team/athlete will be defeated easily. Like they always win!!!!!

Nadeswaran quoted about asking for forgiveness and saying sorry. Well, if you are in the decision making position .. then you have the chance to do so .. but if you are in the execution level ... you are wont have chance to do so.. you are not entitle for the second chance.

Getting Fit ......Ethically

It has been proven by abundance of scientific researches about the beneficial of exercise, regardless the type of exercise namely strength training, aerobic (mostly people just say it cardio), and flexibility training.

To give some example for each type, strength or resistance training can be included free weight training or weight training using the weight machine or well known patterned group exercise for this type is BodyPump from LessMill training system.

Aerobic exercise such as running (indoor or outdoor), swimming, cycling (stationary or not), or those attending gym surely familiar with BodyStep, BodyCombat and BodyAttack or for more challenge gym member may join rpm class, which is stationary cycling in a group lead by an instructor.

As for flexibility, individual may join YOGA, Pilates, Hattha YOGA, Power Yoga, BodyBallance and few more of simply do a proper stretching. All these three type of exercise are needed to ensure each component of physical fitness is optimum.

It is amazing to see the growth of fitness center or we simply call it gym. It becomes a lifestyle especially for younger working class. Joining a gym nowadays not only for the purpose of getting fit but also is a way to socialize and to get some relaxation after a hectic work in office. Well, some may get more than this and I’m not going to mention it here. Who tastes the honey will know how sweet it is. (to replace, siapa makan cili dia yang pedas, Who eats chilli will know how hot it is as this normally refers to something unwanted or unbeneficial effect)

To name some of it, Fitness First, TrueFitness, FitnessNetwork and California Fitness. I must say, Ministry of Youth and Sports also play an important role in this changes by providing a public gym as we could see it in Desa Pandan and also in Titiwangsa Park. With the cost much lower, exerciser can simply get exercise equipments by visiting the public gym.

Talking about joining, attending and working out in the gym, few things that proved our physical development is much better as compared to mind attitude changes. Some may realize and some may not, but it is happening. Shall I name it as gym jerk?? Will it be too much??

The sweat giver – this type of gym members always annoy me. They simply leave the exercise machine with their sweat on it. I’m sure nobody….. NOBODY wish to share their sweat. Please and please bring the small towel with you and wipe the machine, if you (guys) feel carrying the towel make you sissy, feminine or pondan (pardon my vocabulary) go get the towel provided and wipe your manly sweat (if it is really a man sweat!) and for this, ladies, I cant think of any excuse for not wiping your own sweat.

The odor giver – I’m not blaming God creations. Some of us were born with strong body odor. God created this individual together with the way how to encounter this problem. Please, please do not wear the same gym attire for few consecutive days.

The smelly footer - I swear to God, none will feel please when this type of members taking off their gym shoes in the changing room. Suffocated!! Intoxicated!! Again, I am not blaming them for having the problem, but knowing you are having this type of smelly feet, please take some action. Change your sock as often as you could and get two pairs of gym shoes so that you can rotate and let one of it well dried.

The free weight mister – this group they have few unpleasant attitudes. Well I’m not envy with their work out result … but the attitude really unhealthy. Few subcategories for this Free Weight Mister.

One – get almost all the dumbbells and make it like “all are mine”. Definitely you can not lift the entire dumbbell at the same time. Leave some for others.

Two – related to the number one, some do not know to return the weight back on the rack. I might understand if new member doing it, as they might not familiar with gym ethic, but it is unacceptable for gym freaks or gym goers to do the same. Ohh! Hate the most when the gym trainers doing the same, some so called PT simply leave the weight after the session! Gosh. Don’t these trainers equip with gym etiquette?

Three – lift the super heavy weight and at the end of the set, just let the weight hit the floor. Wow…. It is like telling the entire gym member you are the strongest man ever. You are so man….! Duhhh. Come on, the overload training principle is not until you can not control the weight.

Four – soundtrack maker. These Mr Free weights, I always wanna laugh at them. Lifting weight which is suitable for ladies but producing the sound like the one you could get from hardcore adult movies. Funny but annoying sometimes.

The restaurant goers – When the lounge area becomes a restaurant, some members, either consciously, subconscious or unconscious just leave the cup on the table. Come on!! The lounge is not a restaurant! None of the staff inside is a waiter/waitress.

The meeting organizer – I mentioned earlier on about joining gym is not only for exercising but it could be a way to socialize BUT not until having a long hour meeting in the middle of the exercise machine area. Saying hi and gossiping is OK (who doesn’t!) but not until blocking others.

Keys for Type B lifestyle strategies are

Visualization is a powerful technique for Type Bs. If U can visualize, you can achieve it.
Define and differentiate between visualize and dreaming.

Find a healthy ways to express your nonconformist side.
Being a virgo and Type B at the same time, nonconformist almost unacceptable.

Spend at least twenty minutes a day in some creative task that requires your complete attention.
Crossword puzzle? Solve few mathematic equations? Sudoku? Emm how about replace it with sewing? Crosstich? Beading?

Go to bed no later than 2300 and sleep for eight hours or more.

Oh Gosh, Monday CSI Vegas finish at 0045, Tuesday Desperate Housewife end at 2330, Thursday, emm the OC, Friday, my favorite 24 starts at 2245, last for an hours.. emmm how shall I rearrange my bed time yeah.

Use visualization to relax during breaks.

Emm again ... Dreaming & Visualizing ???

Engage in a community, neighborhood or other group activity that give you a meaningful connection to a group. Type Bs are natural born networkers.

MAKING A DECISION


TRYING HARD, HOLDING ON, GIVING UP???? T


These three always make me confuse. Trying hard to get what I want... Well I know it is a must. Without hard work, I wont get what I want. But .... How far shlould I go? How hard should I be?


In the case of Holding on .. how long should I?


Giving up .... could it be consider giving it up if I go for option B (previous entry). Go for the Option B for the time being while keep the Option A fresh in mind .. when the time and the condition permit I will go for Option A. I hope this is the best and I still have the strength and the courage to complete the task. Allah, the Almighty, please I beegging for Your bless.

HUBUNGAN KELAMIN AWET MUDA (Berita Harian, 20 Jun 2007)


BENARKAH hubungan seks boleh meningkatkan sistem imun seseorang dalam melawan penyakit dan menjadi rahsia awet muda? Satu kajian oleh sekumpulan penyelidik luar negara mendapati hubungan seks mampu mengurangkan risiko seseorang terhadap selesema dan beberapa penyakit tertentu.


Berdasarkan kajian itu, seks didapati mampu meningkatkan daya ketahanan tubuh untuk melawan penyakit sekali gus mengurangkan risiko daripada sebarang jangkitan.Penyelidik itu, Francis X Brennan dan Carl K Charnetski berpendapat melakukan seks sekali atau dua kali seminggu dipercayai amat baik untuk meningkatkan sistem imun pada seseorang.Kajian itu membabitkan 111 mahasiswa, iaitu 44 responden lelaki dan 67 wanita.Keputusannya, mereka yang mengadakan hubungan seksual seminggu sekali tetapi tidak lebih daripada itu didapati mempunyai paras imunoglobulin A lebih tinggi daripada mereka yang tidak mengadakan hubungan seks, jarang melakukannya atau terlampau kerap mengadakannya.

Semakin tinggi paras imunoglobulin A, makin kurang seseorang itu mengalami selesema dan flu.Sementara itu dalam satu kajian lain, rahsia kekal awet muda ialah dengan mengadakan hubungan seks.Penyelidik dari Edinburgh, Scotland, yang menulis sebuah buku bertajuk Secrets of the Superyoung mendapati 95 responden yang ditemu ramah kelihatan lebih muda daripada usia sebenar mereka.Selepas menyelidik latar belakang responden terbabit, penyelidik mendapati, mereka kerap mengadakan hubungan seks. Seks yang sihat dapat melenyapkan pelbagai masalah seperti tekanan perasaan, gangguan mental dan tanggapan negatif.

Blood Type Diet - Type B

The sturdy and alert Type Bs are usually able to resist many of the most severe diseases common to modern life, such as heart disease and cancer. In fact, a Type B who carefully follows the recommended diet can often ypass severe disease and live a long and healthy life. Type Bs are more prone to immune-system disorders such as multiple sclerosis, lupus, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

The Type B Diet is balance and wholesome, including a wide variety of foods. For Type Bs, the biggest factors in weight gain are corn, buckwheat, lentils, peanuts and sesame seeds. These foods have different lectin that affect the efficiency of the metabolic process, resulting in fatigue, fluid retention, and hypoglycemia. The gluten lectin in wheat germ and whole wheat products also adds to the problems cause by other metabolism-slowing foods.

It is important to leave off chicken for Type Bs. Chicken contains a Blood Type B agglutinating lectin in its muscle tissue, which attack the bloodstream and potentially lead to strokes and immune disorders. Type Bs thrive on deep-ocean fish, but should avoid all shellfish. The shellfish contain lectins that are disruptive to the Type B system.

Type B is the only blood type that can fully enjoy a variety of dairy foods. Most nuts and seeds (especially peanuts, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds) are not advised for Type Bs., they contain lectins that interfere with Type B insulin production.

Wheat is not tolerated well by most Type Bs. They contain a lectin that reuce insulin efficiency and failure to stimulate fat "burning". Rye contains a lectin that settles in the vascular system, causing blood disorders and potentially strokes. Corn and buckwheat are major factors in Type B weight gain, they contribute to a sluggish metabolism, insulin irregularity, fluid retention, and fatigue.

Eliminate tomatoes completely from Type B diet. It has lectins that irritate the stomach lining. Fruits and vegetables are generally well tolerated and should be taken generously.

Triplets cheer for couple after holistic treatment

Motor mechanic Lee Choon Tech and his wife Shee Wee Fang have been trying to have a baby since they were married four years ago.They tried artificial insemination but it did not work. They then consulted gynaecologist Dr R. Selvam of the Putra Specialist Hospital here.Last week, Shee, a secretary, gave birth to triplets and that, too, without the help of any fertility drug.She delivered a 1.8kg girl and two boys — one weighing 2.2kg and the other 2.7kg.Lee, 35, was delighted.

"I am not only happy that I have triplets but I am also happy that my wife did not have to take any drug to prepare her for pregnancy." Dr Selvam said it was possible for childless couples to undergo a holistic treatment without the use of drugs to induce the release of eggs for fertilisation.

"The success rate is high and I can easily say it is higher than drug-induced preparation for fertilisation."

Dr Selvam said the holistic approach entailed placing the couple on a diet based on their blood groups. "This involves a low-carbohydrate diet, supplements, exercise and good sleep for both husband and wife."The diet varies for different blood groups.

"I also carry out corrective measures in hormonal imbalances such as growth hormone, insulin, estrogen and progesterone. "I strongly encourage amino acid drinks." Dr Selvam said the holistic approach should produce results within three months. "Only if there was no result would I resort to drug-induced pregnancies."He said Shee’s was a success story."The couple was not on any drug and she carried the babies to full term."

Live Right for Your Type Vol.1: Type B Health Risk Profile

Mind and Body

Type Bs naturally have a high basal cortisol levels and tendeny to overproduce cortisol in response to stress. They tend to clear nitric oxide (NO) rapidly. NO is reactive species which contribute to an oxidative stress.

They manifest by
- overreaction to stress
- difficulty recovering from stress
- disrupted sleep patterns
- daytime brain fog
- disruptive to gastrointestinal friendly bacteria
- suppress immune function

When NO is out of balance it will lead Type Bs to overly emotional reaction to stressful situations, lethargy, lack of motivation, chronic viral infections and excessively high or low blood pressure.

For all these characteristics and manifestations, Type Bs have an increased risk in depression, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism and high stress which could exacerbate virtually all health challenge.

Digestion and Metabolism

Type Bs have moderate to high level of enzyme intestinal alkaline phosphatase. This particular enzyme promotes easy breakdown of fats hence provide an added protection against CVD. A good thing about this, Type Bs have a low risk for diabetes and heart disease when metabolism is in a balance state.

Type Bs show a strong influence of lectins on metabolic balance. Lectins itself will slow down Type Bs metabolism and create insulin resistance. These conditions will lead to hypoglisemia, obesity and leaky gut.

Immunity

Increased risk in influenza, E. coli, gastroenteritis, UTI, staphilococus and sinus infection.

A friend of mine give a new way to define my height. My height and few more persons I know may be … J It is something nice… or I try to take it as a nice. Pepohon nan rending …to name few …. it would soft stem plants which most of the time produce beautiful, colorful flowers. Herbal, widely used in alternative medicine and because of these plants also many academicians cum researchers being granted a huge research grant which giving them bright chance to be promoted. Spices plants… emmm we all know this is one of the reason why Portuguese invade Malacca.

Is it great to be defined as pepohon nan rendang. Hehehehe

Currently reading “May 13 - Declassified Documents on the Malaysian Riots of 1969
by Dr. Kua Kia Soong, book produced by SUARAM claimed .. it is based on the declassified official document. Interesting how people interprete history and event. How thing can be changed. I guess those who wanna read this book shlould clear their mind and read with an open heart. I reserve my further comment.

Better grab this book for your own copy.
