Tiada pagi yang lebih indah selain dari waktu jaga dari tidur, dan hati pun melafaz syukur atas nikmat pemberian Yang Satu. Lalu bila sujud di hadapanNya, akurlah hati akan kekuasaan dan keagunganNya. Bila dua tangan ditadah, pohonlah ketaubatan dariNya agar terhapus debu debu dosa. Sesungguhnya hidup mati kita ketentuan Ilahi.

A CHANGE FOR A BETTER

I'v been using this phone for ages .. without bluetooth connection ... without 3G ... without GPRS ... when almost each of my friend changed to new tech phone .. I'm still using this ...

Last month.. I recveived a promotion letter from MAXIS, being a MAXIS one club member I've been choosen to receive a free MOTOROLA v3xx phone .... well .. I was thing .. why not .. since it is purely free. Errr but with a contract that I must be loyal to MAXIS for next 2 years. Without the free phone also I dun think will file a divorce suit ... will remain with MAXIS ... (giving more money to Ananda ... even very small tiny contribution... hahaha)

Anyway ... with my agreement ..MAXIS delivered the free fon to me after 2 days. Emm nice phone I guess. I feel like betraying my beloved NOKIA brand. Never chnaged to other brand ... sorry to NOKIA... I will definately go back to you after thi s MOTOROLA... (tone down... unnless another free phone come)

With blue tooth ..3G... Browsing .. err etc (not so sure with the tech ..hahaha pardon me for being tech blind)

Yet .. this new phone keep disturbing me. It will be disconnected after 3 - 5 minutes talking ... I'm not so sure whether due to the phone .. or the 3G services. It is annoying when I have to redial just to continue kaypo-ing .. ahhh feel like throwing the fone out of 19th floor rented apartment. thinking bout .. I wont have money to buy a new phone instantly ... so I left the idea of throwing it out ...

I'm still wondering ... whether a change to a new beautiful phone is a btterment or vise versa ... as the disconnecting thingy drive me crazy sometimes... stressful.

Late LRT Ride Hence ... Late Dinner

Was talking to my mom on the phone while in the Kelana Jaya line last nite. Supposed to get off at Masjid Jamek and change to Ampang/Seri Petaling line ... but ... as usual .. my mom will make me forget about other things.. hahaha blame her..

So I was here .... lucky me ... missed just a station



So late ... damn hungry .. didnt have dinner before gym .. this poster make me think about my dinner....




So eat more KFC ... dun worry if you got CVD, diabetes or any other metabolic disease .. rakyat malaysia melindungi rakyat malaysia...


I wont care about wot I'm eating if my body have a space to put in this ...



but then .. unfortunately ... I dont ... and the fact is ... food determine who we are ...

So ... when the train arrived .. I left the KFC poster there and the temptation gone with the wind .. :-)

Maka bermula bincang bicara urusan merisik, meminang dan sebagaianya. Jika dizinkan Tuhan yang Maha Penentu, maka sesudah sampai tempohnya .. Uda dan Dara akan diijabkabulkan.

Maka, kenduri-kendura akan dijalankan .. sanak dan taulan dijemput datang, makan dihidang, khabar ditanya.

Fine ... those wedding thingy was great when I was so much younger.. but now .... those event become an event that I always wanna avoid.

Anyway.. I have my own version of MENYUNTING BUNGA DI TAMAN ... errr taman ??? With the same purpose ... penyeri rumah dan pelengkap hidup. Orang dulu-dulu ... bunga yang disunting letaknya di daur.

Become a forthnightly activity to MENYUNTING BUNGA DI "TAMAN". This will last till middle of next week.

Was during weekend, my housemate went to IKEA and myself followed Fauzan. He and me was searching and surveying for a couch. Went to many shops but I'm not ready to commit such amount for a cauch which will be used for a year. Checked the one advertised in The STAR .. but the coulr so yuckkk. Emmm sorry to my housemate ..... hehehe will search for more reasonable one.

Since it was already passed the lunch time our stomach craving for something ... called Skylie but that pretty guy (with big butt) did not wanna come out. Fauzan decided to get a take away lunch nearby.

We were after gym that day. So long did not have dinner with Rashid, so Fauzan and me decided to settle our dinner in KLCC. Went for Chilli's .. too long que.. well we still booked our name. Being a fickle minded about food, continued our journey to the top floor. SAWADIKAA ... SAWADIKAA ... both of the waiter greated us ... well there gone Chili's. We went in and ordered those food.

Again, it was after my morning gym. Did not feel like going home so early, then decided to check out the Oh Berahim .. oppsss O'Brians. :-) Nice to sit down and watching office people passing by and it was arnd 10am that day ... tourists start coming into KLCC.

I used to comment about eating out under the escalator, I do not feel it is a right place ... emmm everything come into my mind.. the food preparation area is really open .. anything from the above floor might drop.

Shall not comment next time as I was one of the customer there. Hahahaha

Accompanied Fauzan for his dinner, managed not to grab outside dinner this time. My mind preoccupied with marrinated squid in the fridge. After the dinner, went for a quick shop in SETAN (simplied version of ISETAN), I rushed back home. Prepared my carrot soup and took out the squid .. griiled it ... Ooooo while preparing my menu .. had a cup of yougurt. :-)

Nyum nyum ... I like the carrot soup. Special thanks to Marul, who tought me how to prepare the soup. :-) The grilled squid .. I think a bit too much tumeric powder .. shall reduce it next time. I can say this us menu quite healthy. No oil used except from the pre fried fish ball.

This guy always make me eat ... well .. no doubt I love food. hehehe TQ for inviting me yeah. Instead of working out in the gym he make me working out my mouth and stomach first. Lucky I still managed to do some work out after that.

Gym Attire

Wanna put this entry for such long time .. just could not get the feel to type it on...

Talking about getting fit and healthy ... definately ... one of the component is . doing appropriate exercise. :-). For this purpose Fly, Marul, Rashid, Anson and me .. join so called BodyStep class. We try out best not to miss our fav instructor ... namely .. Aunty Arjiete. One thing about this Aunty, she hardly inform the management if she could not make it for the class so, the management have to call any available instructor to replace her.

For last few week, this particular Aunty, again could not make it... well holidaying in Bangkok and also coz her mom passed away (from God we came ... to Him we return). That particular week, the momment I saw the replacement instructor, straight away decided not to join the class and informed my buddies too. Ended up we had early dinner .. haha gaining fat instead of burning fat.

Besides us, there are two Ausie ladies whom I think a die hard fan to Aunty Arjiete as well.

Jeng jeng jeng ... the main story is coming. (SUPRISE!!) hahahaha

One of them was in the class. Hmmmm

Two week after the class I got the chance to talk to her .... she was complaining about the replacement instructor and bit upste coz I didnt inform her about that. The ULTIMATE complain from her was .... the instructor wearing super short pants and the moment the instructor did the side strecth ... his ball was out from his short !! Gosh ... disgusting!!

Susan : "Fitri, I got more that what I'm suppose to get" hahahaha still remember this phrase. I'm so sorry Susan, unintentionally let you join the class. Hahahaha

Back to my entry title .... please please please be in proper attire for doing exercise.

Weekend Trip 2nd Episode

Sayugia maka akan dia diumumkan hal-hal perkara sambungan warkah yang terdahulu kala. Adapun apabila berlalunya petang itu... sekembalinya mereka bertiga daripada tempat jajahan yang diberi nama akan dia ... Sg lembing itu... berterusla akan dia-dia bertiga itu ke suatu tempat yang nama akan dia Teluk Cempedak ... bersama-sama bertiga-tiga akan mereka berkehendakkan menengok akan dia sang matahari terjatuh benam ... akan tetapi .. lupa akan dia-dia bertiga itu .. Teluk Cempedak letaknya di Pantai timur tanah semenanjung ... akan tidak dapatlah dia-dia padukal malang itu melihat menatap menengok akan sang mentari jatuh benam...












Setelah sedar akan mereka mentari jatuh barang mustahil untul ditunggu ... maka bermain-mainlah mereka itu dengan pasir-pasir sekitar jua ... ada pun sampai terbaring di tepi akan pantai itu dek kepingin melihat akan dia mentari menutup hari.

















Maka dengan hati yang lara akan kerana tidak pula mampunya untuk melihat hari menutup tirai ... dia-dia bertiga itu pun berangakan pulang untuk beraddu seketika.

Seketika beradu di kamar maka mereka itu pula dipanggil-panggil akan teman.. maka mereka itu pun kala itu jua bergeraknya ... turun ketemeu mereka dengan sahabat mereka itu ...bergerak lalu ke tempat kudapan malam.Adapun jua tempat yang dituju itu nama akna tempatnya itu sudah pula dilupai ... ampun di atas batu jemala dek kealpaan ini.































Di dalam kekelaman malam itu ... terselit wajah-wajah jelata akan dia yang menetap di Kuantan itu... Zam, Daus, Marina dan seorang lagi yang sudah tenggelam disebalik kegelapan.

Sesudah itu maka sepakat kata dicapai .. berangkat jua la mereka sekalian ahli kudapan ke sebuah tempat akan namanya diberi dan digelar Kemaman Kopitiam. Situ jua lah mereka itu menutur kata mentelaah kisah sampai dia lepasi tengah malam hari itu.

Adapun pula akan kisah Kemaman Kopitiam itu inilah ia ... dikatana ia didatangi ramai .. orang ternama terkenal ... apa pun ia tidak ada daya kuasa untuk memikir kopitiam itu dengan kelapa muda ...ada pun jua ..sajian terhidang boleh diterima dek tekak yang kehausan kopi.






























Berlalu sudah malam itu diluar .. maka ketiga-tiga akan dia ini melabuhkan malam di kamar beradu ...

Sesudah bangun mereka itu pagi hari ... kehendak sekali lagi terkubur tidak tergapai ... dek hujan membasahahi bumi .. maka mereka jua itu tidak daya membasahkan tubuh dikolam mandi ... menuju mereka ke balai kudapan ada pun balai itu penuhya pengikut penyokong gerak kaum akan namanya UMNO. Berkampung akan mereka tentu pilih wakil bagi maksud tujuan tuju hala Kuala lumpur sedikit bulan lagi.






Penentu pilih calon. Banyaklah akan dia-dia itu nyala akan dia gulungan kertas berisi tembakau ... mencemari akan udara dibalai kudapan.

Adapun mereka bertiga itu sayugia meninggalkan tempat singgah itu terus langsungnya menuju tepian pantai... merarau sambilnya tiup bayu menyembah muka. Tiada akan dia naskah muka dan suasana .. maka tiadalan akan dia letakkannya sini.

Adapula yang menulis ini tutup mata seketika .. tengah jalannya jaga sampai sudah Karak jalan besarnya...menikmati dondang senandung langsung ... tibanya akan dia tempat asal bertolak mereka dulu kira-kira sang mentari mau melabuh tirai hari. Suka gembira akan dia ada akan dia taulan untuk dia isinya masa senggang.

Harap juga akan dia kala depan lagi ada akan dia seumpana ini.
